Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by FedEx and DHL.

Geographic areas covered: Morocco (local and national) and international.

Estimated delivery times:

• Marrakech: 1 to 2 business days

• National (Morocco): 3 to 5 business days

• International: 3 to 30 business days

These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on item availability. In case of out-of-stock items, the customer will be promptly informed with an estimated restocking time or an alternative proposal.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a delay or non-delivery, the customer will be notified, and a refund or reshipment may be offered following an investigation.

Ces délais sont donnés à titre indicatif et peuvent varier en fonction de la disponibilité des articles. En cas de rupture de stock, le client sera informé rapidement avec une estimation du délai de réapprovisionnement ou une proposition alternative.

Les frais d’expédition sont à la charge du client. En cas de retard ou de non-livraison, le client sera informé et un remboursement ou une nouvelle expédition pourra être proposé après enquête.
