Returns

The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Conditions: products must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective product.

Procedure: contact customer service by email to obtain return authorization and instructions. The refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
